K&D Solutions is an IT services company based in Osijek, Croatia. We provide software development, cloud solutions, AI solutions, business automation, software planning, and data analytics services.

2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

• Full name
• Email address
• Subject and message content

We do not collect any data automatically beyond what is described in the Cookies section below. We do not collect IP addresses, behavioral data, or any data from third-party sources.

3. How we use your data

The data you submit through the contact form is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Send you a confirmation that we received your message

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as described in Section 4.

4. Third-party processors

We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver transactional emails — specifically, to forward your contact form submission to our inbox and to send you a confirmation email. Resend processes your name and email address for this purpose only.

Resend is GDPR-compliant and acts as a data processor on our behalf. You can review their privacy policy at resend.com/privacy.

No other third-party services receive your personal data.

5. Data retention

We do not store your contact form submissions in any database. The data is transmitted via email and retained only in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, to respond to your inquiry — and on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by voluntarily submitting the contact form.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
• Right to restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) at azop.hr.

8. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage statistics — such as which pages are visited and how users navigate the site. This helps us improve our website and understand our audience.

Google Analytics sets cookies and may collect the following data:

• Pages visited and time spent on site
• Approximate geographic location (country/city level)
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Referral source (how you found us)

This data is anonymized and aggregated. We have enabled IP anonymization in Google Analytics and do not use it to identify individual users. Google acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding how our website is used. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

The site may also use essential browser storage (e.g., to remember UI state) that does not involve personal data and does not require consent under GDPR.

All data transmitted through this website is encrypted via HTTPS. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
